HFA has been widely honored with awards and recognition for our work-- for the quality of the communities we create, the services provided to our residents, and the leadership we provide in the affordable housing field.
Our communities have been honored with 19 Project of the Year awards in various categories by national, state and regional organizations. Eight of these awards have come from prestigious national organizations and the communities were selected as the result of national competitions. The organization has been named the developer of the year three times and most recently was honored in Maryland for its leadership in policy and advocacy in affordable housing.
We are proud of the reputation we have built for the quality of our work, our professionalism and the constant care and concern we have for our communities and the quality of life of the residents.
